I'm Shilpi Shah, a passionate advocate for self-love, a versatile marketer, a PR enthusiast, an HR professional equipped with novel insights, and a geologist with a thirst for life's fascinating adventures.
I post-graduated from DSB Campus, Nainital, did my Digital Marketing Certification from Digital Vidya, and have
an MBA from IIM Calcutta. With a diverse background and a heart driven by a desire to uplift others, I've walked a unique path that has shaped my journey. I am associated with HerKey (formerly JobsForHer), India’s largest career engagement platform that unlocks opportunities, learning, and communities for women in India by connecting them with career champions.

Furthermore, my association with Fuzia, a global platform empowering women to become economically independent, has honed my skills through the power of community, learning, and networking.
I hold the title of Director of Marketing at G100 Media Arts & Communication, a role that allows me to fuse my expertise in PR, media relations, and digital marketing to craft impactful strategies.
My initial steps into the world of Geology nurtured my fascination for the Earth's wonders, paving the way for an incredible voyage that would see me evolve into a global connector and advocate for women entrepreneurs. From conducting enlightening interviews with solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and coaches worldwide to orchestrating media campaigns and influencer endorsements, I continue to empower the voices of those seeking to make their mark.

Along with my professional endeavors, I strive to cultivate self-love and heal in my own space so that I can be a positive influence on those around me. My work as a self-love advocate and healer entails understanding, motivation, and guidance to people of all ages, fostering their personal and professional growth while handling the imperfect, incomplete, and impermanent aspects of life.
Challenges have shaped my journey and tested my resilience. While pursuing my MBA at IIMC amidst a pandemic, I balanced my studies with being by my mother's side during her illness. Her unwavering support and belief in me became a driving force, propelling me forward even during the most trying times. Her passing was a heart-wrenching loss, but her spirit lives on in my pursuit of excellence.
